1.What are the accepted forms of payment?

3.Can I get any special discount for my order?

Yes, you can contact our salesman via email or leave a message to us. Depending on the amount of your order, they may offer you some special coupon and gifts. We also offer special sale some time, please pay close attention to our website. What’s more, there is never sales tax and all promise free shipping.

4.How do I do the process to buy your goods?

Follow the 5 step.

When you find products you would like to purchase, choose the appropriate quantities, sizes, etc. and add the items to your cart.
When you have finished shopping and are ready to checkout, click the Checkout button on the shopping cart page.
Fill in all of the required information on the shipping and billing pages. If you have forgotten to fill in a required field, we will alert you to the area in red text so you can go back and try again. Complete the required field with the requested information and continue to checkout again.
Review your order before submitting to verify all of the information is correct and to get your calculated order total.
If you just pay by credit card, there will be let u fill the information for twice. Please be patient for this, for one is for our site, one is for the credit card centre and that will protect your right, and tracking your purchase. We will ship your goods in 12 hours after the payment. We can special discount if you order more than 3 goods.

5. How long will it take for my product to arrive?

Delivery time is generally 3-7 days from the time your order has been processed. In most cases items are received in 3 to 5 business days, however we say 7 days in case of delays. 

We will do our every effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time but we are NOT responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carriers and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. If you do have a deadline for delivery please leave a message when placing the order or consult us first and if the parcel does not arrive on time it will not be an excuse to cancel your order.
The risk of loss or delay or extra costs would be passed to you if you made any mistakes of shipping address when filling out the purchase forms.

6. How can I exchange or cancel an order?

All the orders placed on our site are available to be cancelled within 6 hours, but if we have already dispatched the order we cannot guarantee a cancellation, sorry for inconvenience. When an order is sent to us from our site, we are generally unable to change or cancel your order. The order is automatically processed as soon as you press "check out." You may contact us via email or leave a message if you wish to make a change as soon as you want to change it. However, due to the above, we cannot guarantee your order will be changed. For we just send the goods after you ordered it from us in several hours.


Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the fact that our items are bought over the Internet, cannot be tried on ahead of time and are bought site unseen, we have developed the following return and exchange policy for customer service purposes. Of course, we hope that you are happy with your selection. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, our return and exchange policy is as follows:

For Returns:

Returns can be sent back within 7 days upon receipt, all returned items must never been used and in new condition. All returned packages must be insured. As for returning right items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Buyers are always responsible for the shipping charges.

For Exchanges:

We only accept exchanges for new and never used items with all accessories and packing. Please send back the items within 7 days upon receipt. All return packages must be insured, exchanges will be sent out within 5-7 days once the return has been received. Buyers are always responsible for the shipping charges. 

Important Notice:

1. Although we provide 100% hassle free return policy, considering the time and money consuming, we surely appreciate if you can make all your questions and concerns clear before placing your order. 
2. Please contact our customer service first to obtain the return address. 
3. We will not be responsible for the lose if the returned package get lost during the shipment, original post office receipt must be kept to claim the compensation.
